The FAQ's say to wait 30 days before contacting Admins about transfer or update requests. Please be patient & don't bog down the Admins with something that we can do for you within 30 days. Thank you.**

We enjoy documenting cemeteries & graves so that others can find their loved ones easily and accurately. For every memorial we enter into this site, that's a memorial that has a chance of getting into the right hands of family or friends.

With only a few exceptions, I will not enter cause of death info nor death certificate numbers, especially when that can be found online. IMO, that does not enhance the memorial.

Duplicates: It is never our intention to create a duplicate memorial on purpose. If you come across a duplicate we have made, please use the SAC and let us know.

If we enter a memorial on June 1st for John Q Smith and then someone else enters another memorial for the same John Q Smith on June 15th, the one entered on June 15th is the duplicate, not ours, regardless of how much info is or isn't on the memorial.

Transfers: It is our intent to make sure that each and everyone of our memorials end up with family members. We are not the kind of people who refuse to transfer in or out of guidelines. Ask and ye shall receive, unless you're 1 of those people who don't transfer out of guidelines.
