Bio

I retired from the US Army in 1996 after 27 years as a soldier. I worked for another 16 years on Fort Polk with JRTC (Joint Readiness Training Center). I feel privileged & honored that I had the opportunity to serve with so many selfless soldiers, both active and retired. I will always remember these great Americans, many who were significant in my career as friends, comrades & mentors. Thank you all for your service both as soldiers and citizens of our great American. I have always had a desire to trace my family heritage; now that I am completely retired I have the time to pursue this goal. I have been able to find many of my distant ancestors burial places because of the selfless efforts of these volunteer individuals who for over a decade now have been going to cemeteries, talking picture, notes and building virtual memorials. I DO APPRECIATE ALL THE WONDERFUL SERVICE YOU ALL PROVIDE. THANK-YOU SO MUCH...
