The majority of the memorials I run are either direct relatives or cousins except for a couple which are friends of the family or was transferred to me by Find-a-Grave.
Born and raised in the small town of Hartford City, Indiana....
genealogy has a long history in my family, so it was only natural that I picked up where my relatives left off with and continue to carry the torch so to speak. With today's technology, you have even more access to info than those who came before us.
I think, they would be so thrilled with it all and what can and has been discovered.
Now, in 2022, I will have been a professional genealogist for 22 years come August. It doesn't seem like it's been that long. Plus a proud member of the Mayflower society and top contributor to Ancestry. Anyway, contributing and sharing the info I found is my way of paying tribute to all my ancestors. I'm also glad to help beginning genealogists with their research so that they don't make the mistakes I did when I first started, and how to create family tree charts. I learned how to filter through misinformation and get only the facts.
