I have done some geneology work for many years, but since retiring in 2011, I now have more time and can spend blocks of time following a family line.

I am fortunate to still have my parents and took a trip back to family places in Texas and Arkansas in 2012. But with the information we gathered, it seems I end up with more questions!

My family migrated to California in the 1930's, so much of the history in Texas and Arkansas I cannot explore firsthand, so have appreciated the work of so many in Find-A-Grave who provide pictures to help me put the puzzle of our family history together.
