I love history and have enjoyed my trek into the genealogy of our family. I appreciate those who are able to help me with information and pictures, that I am too far away to be able to acquire myself. I started taking pictures of our family members' gravesites and noticed all of the graves marked only with rocks, or headstones so old that they are no longer legible. It gave me a feeling of sadness. I found out about this site from a friend and came to it for help. I decided to become a member. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to help record some family history for those out there who are seeking it. I hope to be able to get pictures of all of the OLD headstones in my immediate area, at least, before time takes it's toll on them, as well.

If you are related to someone that I have created a memorial for, and you have obituary information that you would like to enter on the memorial, just contact me and I will be happy to transfer maintenance of the memorial to you, as long as they are not a member of my own family. Please include the name of the person, the name of the cemetery, and the memorial number.
