Bio

My name is Robert Lewis Longworth my father
Charles (Charlie) Longworth was the 6th child of
Grandfather George Washington and Grandmother
Jane Ginsey Pittman Longworth, my father Married Carrie May King of Whitley County Ky. they had 11
children and I am the baby of the family born Feb
10th, 1937. I have done much research on both the Longworth and King side of my family as well as Grandma Pittman side (not as much here) but enough to connect to the Rev. War Vets in her tree (my daughter used this info to join the DAR.
There are also, Rev Vets in both the Longworth and King Trees. A missing piece of info is that Uncle Jesse was a WWI Vet and I remember a couple stories he told about joining and fighting in Europe. When I was young the Longworth Reunion would be held either at Uncle Jesse home which was the Longworth family home or at Uncle Ronald's across the river and up the hill. There would be aunts, uncles, cousins from all over the country. these are fond memories. But I have always wondered where all the Longworth Cousins are located. If any of you share these memories I would appreciate hearing from you.
