I have been working on my family tree for about 8 months now and I have found it so fascinating that I have decided to try to help others. There is nothing fun about hitting a brick wall and I am hoping by contributing to Find-A-Grave that others will be able to find more information and less walls than I have found with my own tree. Family history has always been an interest of mine since I was a child. I would sit and listen to my grandmother and great grandmother tell me stories about my ancestors for hours. There are times I wish I had wrote down some of their stories. I know that they are both watching over me and proud of what I have found on our family and how I am trying to help others find information on their family.

I live near some of the largest and oldest cemeteries in the U.S. so my latest hobby has become wandering thru them snapping pictures away and trying to document everything I can in order to help others find their long lost relatives.
