Having met in college in the mid-1970s, we went our separate ways and lost touch. In 2009, we reconnected via facebook. Gary's wife had passed away and Ferebe was happily single at 56.

On December 11, 2010, we were united in marriage and in name as a friend of ours coined us "GAREBE," GAR for Gary and EBE for Ferebe. Needless to say, it stuck.

We are enjoying life's journey together through, among other things, photography. Becoming more interested in the genealogy of both of our families, we were introduced to Find A Grave and now enjoy helping others discover the memorials they seek that are in our area.
