I was born and raised in Henderson County, North Carolina. I have lived in Greenville County, South Carolina the majority of my adult life. I am the mother of one daughter and I have one grandson.

I started my family research and genealogy project in 2000. My family lines are Case, Fowler, Condrey, Tabor, Blackwell, Hyder, Justice, Davis, Capps, Goodman, Guice, McDowell, McCrary, Merrill, Kuykendall, Jones, McGuffie, Duncan, Phillips, Stepp, Dyer, Thomas, Brown, Edwards, Carlisle, Bennett and so many more.

I was a charter member of the Henderson County Cemetery Advisory Committee. We successfully had the county add signage to the old family cemeteries and worked to protect them from encroachment.

FYI: I took over the memorials of a cousin that passed away. I am happy to assist anyone who finds issues with any of the original memorials that I am managing from Carole Sellers Walker.
