I am semi-retired and love to spend time with my husband, our two children and their families. Our 7 grandchildren are getting to hear the stories I am uncovering of our ancestors and they love it. They have heard of our great-greats in the 1500s who were martyrs for their faith, letters written by a 3g gf who heard the soldiers all around his house during the Civil War and was sneaked out to see his dad during the middle of the night. Stories of how and why families in 3 adjoining counties in TN & Alabama ended up in the same area in OK and formed a new family...mine.
