John was born in 1938 in KC MO and has a brother Michael Dean Spilman Sr. His wife is Linda Spilman. We all live in Higbee MO. My parents were James Olan Robb and Sara Elizabeth Burton Robb. John and I have 3 children Debra Annette Spilman Milligan, Jim B Spilman and David M Spilman. David is deceased.
