I have been interested in genealogy for years--it all started when my mother's baby sister wanted to become a member of the DAR. She was determined to enter through our Lee ancestors. Unfortunately, she never achieved that goal. It is only this year, 2012, that we have a really possible name for the missing link in this line. In that process I have found many ancestors on both sides of my family tree and learned a lot of history. Of course there are still mysteries and empty places, but I really like puzzles! That is why I really like this site. Perhaps I can help others fill in a few empty spaces.
