Bio

"Our most treasured heirlooms are the memories of our family".

I became a member of Find A Grave in 2012, shortly after viewing the memorial page of my sister Amanda, whom I tragically lost as a result of an automobile accident. I truly appreciated the effort and respect that went into creating her memorial, so I soon joined this wonderful community of people, and gladly welcomed the opportunity to be a part of a such a great cause.

Whether members have been brought together by loss, or simply wanting to find the missing chain in their ancestral link, I enjoy learning about everyone's story. Along side my Mother,( who is also a dedicated member among the Find A Grave community) I have had the privilege of helping many to locate the final resting places of their loved ones, as well as helping to create memorials, and fulfilling photo requests of family markers and headstones. This has helped me to develop a real since of purpose and sincere joy of being a service to others.

Family has always meant a great deal to me, and through my own personal experiences, I have gained a fondness and respect for family history and genealogy as a whole. Sadly, the desire to know and learn about family history is a lost endeavor among my generation, but I find it to be a great privilege and honor to do my part in preserving the past through Find A Grave, and I look forward to passing the torch to my three beautiful children.

I am so appreciative to those who have visited my family's memorial pages, and for those who leave such beautiful and heartfelt condolences, thank you. The outpouring of love and support exhibited towards my family and myself read daily in the "Flowers" section, has been a true testament of character of those you find here involved with Find A Grave. God Bless, and many thanks to all who continue to contribute their time and efforts in making Find A Grave the amazing community it is today!

"Life brings tears, smiles, and memories. The tears dry, the smiles may even fade, but our memories last forever".
