Married Marilyn Sue Mabrey Lay in 1967. Two children Andrea Lay Huff and Jennifer Christin Lay Hart. Blessed with 4 grandsons and 1 grand daughter. Retired from Akebono Brake Corporation as Vice President of Corporate Relations and a member of the Board of Directors. Living in Elizabethtown Kentucky.
