I'm the daughter of Allen & Dorothy Middleton. My parents adopted me when I was 2 weeks old. I was daddys little girl and my mothers best friend. I had my first child in 2001 and that's when my mom and I became so close. I never thought I would share some of the conversations we had together, but that's how close we were. My parents were "The Best" ever. I always knew my parents were older than all my friends parents, but I didn't let that bother me. The one thing I told my parents was I hope they atleast get to see me have kids and get married. I had two kids and got married on March 6, 2004. My mom passed away on July 31, 2004 and my dad passed away on January 17, 2005. I got the one thing I had hoped for. It was hard for me when I lost my mom, but even harder for my dad. I hated to see him cry everyday. When my dad passed away, I felt "OK". I knew he was with my mom and happy again. Over the years, I cry less and less, but think about them ALL the time. I think it was worse around the holidays. I miss them so much! I Love You Mom & Dad.
