After entering the "Arnold Room",named after James N. Arnold, you can find a very rare book called : Genealogy Of The Sampson Mason Family...Furthermore, I am a direct descendant of Sampson,Marmaduke,Joseph,Joseph and Edward Mason(1752-1830). I am 27 years old and I am very interested in anthropology,cultural studies,geneaology,archaeology,early history of Rhode Island, and most recently, The Native American tribes of Southern New England. I am currently studying the Arnolds of Pawtuxet,Newport,Conanicut and Providence. I am familiar with most Narragansett archaeology sites(and few Wampanoag sites),old graveyards and tombstones. I love nature,period! I was born and raised in Rhode Island,and since my ancestors were here in the 1630's..I might as well join the "club" and stay where I belong:) Feel free to say hello.
