Bio

After searching for years to get evidence that Middleton Harmon has served in the Revolutionary War, I was finally able to obtain it in Washington D.C.. Evidence, Revolutionary Patriots of Worcester & Somerset Counties Maryland 1775-1783; and I am now a member of D.A.R. Middleton Harmon was born in Worcester MD, in 1750, not as most people have in their ancestries. He died in Scioto Co. Ohio in 1804 and his will is part of a collection in the Scioto Co. Historical Society. He is also in several books depicting the history of that county. His wife, Isabella Callaway was born in Kent Co. DE. They married and moved after the war, and 20 years later moved to Scioto Co. Ohio, where he died in 1804.
