I have been interested in my families histories as long as I can remember. My Family names are: VICK, DEATON, FREITAG (FRIDAY) and STREY. The VICK & DEATON FAMILIES are primarily from North Carolina to Mississippi to Texas. All of my FREITAG(FRIDAY)& STREY FAMILIES are from Germany, immigrating to Guadalupe County area of Texas. The FREITAG (FRIDAY) descendants moving to West Texas from early 1900's. It has been so interesting to follow the many trails my ancestors have traveled. Most of all, I cherish the cousins I have discovered and the friendships made on my journey.
