I have been pretty busy since January 2012 when my grandson was born. In March 2012 we found out he has SMA Type 1 and our world was rocked. Have not had time to get out to cemetery to get pictures taken. He is my hero.
My grandmother started me in genealogy in 1981. I have worked on my trees off and on the last 30 years. Still trying to input all the records I have collected over the years onto Ancestry.
My grandparents are buried in SouthPark Cemetery so I put in to take pictures there, the place is huge and on both sides of the street. If you have the Section and plot number that will help allot. I have had people over the years take pictures for me and now to return the favor for other people out there.
I volunteer at Southeast Volunteer Fire Dept as a medic. My husband and boys are Firefighters and medics also. We also volunteer with the Houston Rodeo Safety Committee.
Researching the families of DOWNHOUR, GOLIGHTLY, FAUNCE, REEVES, HERMEL, DEAN, WESTGATE, OLCOTT, ELLIOTT, MALONEY. My mom's family was from England and my dad's family was from Germany. My husbands family is from England, Wales and Scottland.
