After high school in 1960 I joined the Air Force and after basic training in Texas I went back to Barberton to marry my high school sweetheart Carol Lustig. We then were both sent to a Radar Station in West Virginia where we spent 5 years there. In between that we had 2 children there in 1961 & 1962. In 1966 we were sent to an Air Base in Germany for 3 years. After returning to the States we had 5 other bases and I was remotely stationed at except the one on a island in the Bering Sea and 1500 miles from Anchorage Alaska. It was only a 1 year assignment and I returned to my base in Denver, CO. and after another year I retired from the Air Force as a MSgt. Carol and divorced in 1984 I went to Calif and worked there and then I met my present wife Donna and we were married in 1997 and still married at this time in 2023.
