I am a Retired Registered Nurse. I married to my High School sweetheart for 46 years and recently widowed. I am the mother of two boys (oops, men!), and have one granddaughter, one great-granddaughter and one great-grandson. I now have two amazing grandsons, the 1st arrived in late-Jun 2013, the 2nd in early Mar 2015!

I am limited in what I can do physically due to residual problems following two back surgeries several years ago. Consequently, I spend a lot of time on my computer.

A recently developed interest in the family tree, at the behest of my son's wife, is what initially led me to the FindAGrave site. I have reached a temporary slow-down on the family tree work. Now, I have begun to work on Find A Grave memorials, beginning with some of my mother's family.

I am the daughter of Roy Hayman (1907 - 1982) and Olis Mae Addison Gill (1905 - 1986). I would love to walk some of the cemeteries, particularly in Meriwether, Pike, Franklin, and Stephens Counties in GA. However, that is not an option at this point. I will just have to be happy letting "my fingers do the walking" for now!
