Bio

I like to think of myself as an ametuer historian or a history buff. For two years I have been engaged in a "just for fun" project of locating old historic Lutheran churches in Pennsylvania and neighboring states. I found Find A Grave by accident while researching the final resting place of a circut pastor who worked in the 1750s here in eastern Pennsylvania. While I did not find any information on that pastor, I did find inspiration to go seek out my own family history.

I have been a member for just a few weeks. I showed Find A Grave to my 12 year old grand daughter Caity. She is adding records too. I think Find A grave is one of the most meaningful and useful sites that I have ever found.
