I began my family tree research as a College assignment several years ago. It was a brief history, since I only knew my mother's side of the family. My father passed when I was two and his relatives lived in North Carolina. Im in Tennessee, so that posed a little problem of locating info. Back when I started looking, we didn't have all this amazing information on the web available to us and I spent many hours in the courthouse. Now I have the time to research properly, and it does take alot of time. I've also started researching my husband's family for him and my kids.

Please feel free to message me if you have questions on any of the family members I contribute too.
