I started doing family history because in my immediate family I was the only one with blond hair and blue eyes and I wanted to know who I got that from. I have been doing family history ever since (almost a half century). I enjoy finding new relatives and helping my friends find their relatives. Most of all, I like the life stories I find of my relatives.
I have had numerous jobs during the course of my life, but I enjoyed truck driving the most. I got to see most of the United States and do a little genealogy along the way.
