Friends and family call me Jan. My spouse is Cal. My family and I enjoy Georgia living and southern hospitality. Our home is near the capital city of Atlanta. It has been referred to as the "City of Homes". Many movies have been made in our town. While driving here, in the past I glimpsed three motion pictures being filmed. Our young family loves the excitement of a small town. Our Michigan family was the last to leave the nest to came south in 1976. We began Southern living in Baton Rouge, LA. Then traveled to, Alabama, Georgia, and cities of LaGrange, Savannah, Brunswick, and then Newnan, this is now our south, and we love it. In 1989 we settled in Newnan, our two sons graduated school here, and one son enlisted in the Army. One daughter, Hollie passed, age seven. Our remaining three daughters De,Kel,& Sue, and one son David, all married blessing us with ten grandchildren, four boys and six girls. We share our lives with foster children, one boy, Robbie, and four girls, Dawn, Mary Joyce, and Barbara. We are retired from the family Grocery Business. We dabble in Real estate rentals. Our life is comfortable, filled generously with fun, and we are busily searching out our "Families Roots". We attend church in the City of Homes, and our Temple is open this month for viewing. "Atlanta Temple", of the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS. Please visit with us, we would love to show you around. You will enjoy our southern hospitality; I assure you.
