Bio

I've been collecting family stories since I was old enough to ask my paternal Grandma and great aunts to "tell me a story about when you were little." Family stories from my mother, her sisters and more great aunts came as we decorated graves on Memorial Day each year. Most of my family have been in northern Missouri since mid 1800s.Knowing where they lived and are buried is easy. With the help of internet sites such as Find A Grave, I've been able to trace their trails backwards to IL, IN, OH, KY, VA, NJ, NY, and even Canada. I am at a place in my genealogy jouney that I want to give back by contributing to FAG since I have gained so much from it.
Family names of special interest: Buffham, Zaiger, Theurer, Dreher, Clover, Hamilton, Bailey,Shipley, Ball, Billups, Hammack, Phillips, Norman, and Maxwell.
