I was born on July 22, 1945 in Van Nuys, California. My parents were Mark Hamilton Cooley, Sr. and Martha Rae Farnsworth Cooley. I have one sister, Diana Rae Cooley Lewis. I lived in the San Fernando Valley, CA for the first 26 years of my life, and subsquently moved to Wasco, CA (1971-1978), Glendora, CA (1978-2007); and currently live in the Channel Islands Harbor area of Oxnard, CA. I married Diana Dale Salzmann in 1968 and had two children: Andrea Lynn Cooley Dunn (born 1970) and Mark Hamilton Cooley III (born 1975). I have one granddaughter, Elysha Diana Dunn, Andrea's daughter (born 1991). I had a 36-year career in education, beginning as a teacher in a private school in 1968, and retiring as a director in the Azusa Unified School District Office in 2005.
As of 2010,I am still happily married and enjoying life.
