My love of history is what got me into looking for my family roots. Born in Washington state - but my roots in the "new world" are traced back to Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York before the Revolutionary War. Many years after I moved to Tennessee discovered I have many ancestors from Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi. My hope is one day my Grandchildren will also find the family tree interesting. Yes if you shake the branches there will be a few nuts fall out but isn't that true for all?
