If I have your relative/s I am more than happy to transfer them to you. We are not possessive of the work we do in gathering information. But please ask so I do not have to guess. :}

If you'd like me to make additions or corrections to a memorial, please tell me your connections and why your information is correct. This will help others researching. I try to verify the facts, and give credit to the work of those who have helped make a memorial more complete and accurate.

#1 I have come across something new to me. It is an obituary that asks "if anyone knows this deceased person to call the mortuary." These are persons who have died alone due to being homeless, run-a-way, or in a nursing home, etc without any family history available. If their name can be found via veterans office they are then buried in a national cemetery. Otherwise they are buried in a county cemetery. For AZ it is White Tanks Cemetery, Goodyear, Maricopa County, AZ.

#2 2014 I started creating memorials for some 1973 SD death obits. It is time consuming to check and verify obits with current memorials and then find out there are many memorials already in existence with only a name & cemetery with b & d dates as "unknown" and no bio info or any pictures. I am going back in the obits I have left un-memorialized and enter them as original. This is not meant to offend anyone for the work they have done so far but I am going to take the perspective of a descendant who would like to find a more complete memorial than an incomplete memorial with a partial name with "unknown" information.
