Bio

I've been interested in genealogy since I was a child, listening to the stories my family would tell about our "ancestors". It almost seemed as if I knew them. I was well schooled on my "lines" and could recite them at a young age. I was fascinated by the huge family tree my grandfather made of my grandmother's family line.

I thought they would all live forever and made the mistake of taking them for granted. Now I'm doing what I can to preserve this information for my children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, hoping that at least one will choose to pick up the task and continue to record those moments that make each of us unique. To all of them, I wish the gift of history, roots and family love. Bless those who have gone before me, and those who shall come after. They are the record keepers and story tellers. Through our efforts, and theirs, we will not be forgotten.

Happy digging everyone!.
