Bio

I retired from the United States Army as Captain in 1970. I retired from La Gloria Oil & Gas Refinery in 1961 and after traveling the world as a technical advisor to UOP for 2 years, I helped start the Discovery Science Place, a kids museum in Tyler, Texas. I retired from the museum in 2007 but I did not like retirement, so about a year later, I went back to work for two mornings a week at The Discovery Science Place and as of March 2010 I am still working there in maintenance and exhibit building, which is the job I had from the beginning. My hobbies are working with computers and genealogy.

Well, I finally hung up my working hat. I retired from my job at The Discovery Science Place 1 week before Christmas of 2010.
