Bio

Hello! Living in the Boston, Massachusetts area, I have access to more graveyards than the average person. Settlers who were some of the first colonists are buried in cemeteries within a 30 minute drive around my home. We live in Plymouth County, right in between Boston, MA and Providence, RI. My closest friend lives right on the boarder between the two states. I visit her all the time and she loves to go with me "Gravesite Hunting."

dating back to the 17th century and earlier are buried My husband and I are retired, which opens up my schedule to spend more time helping other members here fulfill their photo requests and the like. Our home is halfway between Boston and Providence, RI.

Please don't hesitate to send me a note or a request for a photo of a specific gravesite anytime! It's always nice to help other people who share an interest in their own family history as much as I do .

Also... I'm a direct descendant of the famous American Pioneer, Daniel Boone. He's my 6th great uncle. His sister, Elizabeth, is my 6th great grandmother. I've been able to help out quite a lot of people by sharing my own research about the Boone family.

If you think that your ancestry includes Daniel Boone as well, please contact me if you need any information or questions, because my research has a ton of info that's unavailable online. For example, our family has artifacts that were handed down to us from Daniel Boone to his sister, Elizabeth, and so on. He didn't want his legendary articles in a museum or on display at any other random place. It was important to him that his treasures stayed in our family and were passed down.

***My maiden name is Eward. Daniel Boone's sister, Elizabeth Boone, married William Grant. Their daughter, Mary, was married to Moses Mitchell. Their daughter then married my 4th Great Grandfather, John Eward. So you can see that my connection to Daniel Boone is almost a direct line.***

Hope to hear from you soon! Have a fantastic day! Renee
