I was in Gymnastics with Curtis .
He , Carrie and I would go to lunch together ,Moon people around the parking lot and on the bus to Gymnastics trips . He had a habit of stretching and flashing his ...We would yell Coach Hill!!! LOL Good Times we had with Him in Gymnastics!!!
Carrie and I went to Dallas years later to see Curtis so he could take us to "His bars" ! What fun we had! Carrie and I always said we would come see Him in New York...We made it to New York years after he passed...
Carrie and I used to call Him in NY , but when we could no longer reach Him , we called Bubba His Brother late one night and ask where in the world He was . Bubba gave Us his Mother's number where Curtis was , so we called Him to see what the dill was! We went to see Him at His Mom's the next day.
We didn't know He was Sick! So we Laughed , talked , made plans ,He wanted Us to take Him to the Mall , We joked we would let Him go on that circle ramp they had at Ridge Marr Mall! (He was in a wheel Chair).We kissed Him Good Bye and told Him We loved him not knowing it would be the last time We would see Him...
We didn't know when He died...I miss His sense of humor , Zest for life , and friendship...
