2021 ~ The Aldridge, Phillips and related families have been added and are included, managed and sponsored by "FAMILY."

2009~ The Clegg, Jones & O'Kelley families all moved from Social Circle, GA together to the Lamar area of Johnson Co., AR.
We are the descendants of these families.
Ancestors: Samuel Campbell Clegg
Jonathan Clegg, Jonathan "James" Clegg, Jacob Holloway Clegg. and some of us are also descendants of Thomas Boone Clegg and his son William Thomas Clegg.
J. "James" Clegg and Thomas Boone Clegg brothers.
Their sons, Jacob H. Clegg and William T. Clegg were 1st cousins. Two of their children, being 2nd cousins married.
In fact, this was quite common back then, with transportation not being what it is today folks didn't venture far from home. They married those they knew and grew up with in the community, even distant cousins. Thus, we are the blessed descendants of both Clegg families.
