Bio

I became intrigued with online genealogy searches, having been fortunate enough to have inherited from my great-grandmother her personal notes together with about 100 books recording local and family histories. However, when I began the daunting task of documenting the family history, trying to verify names and dates, fill in gaps, and update information, I was surprised and delighted when I stumbled across the Find A Grave website. I am filled with gratitude to the thousands of volunteers who have contributed to building and maintaining this wonderful resource, and appreciate the opportunity to be part of this virtual community as well.
My family ancestry in the US started in the Delaware-Maryland-Pennsylvania area and includes BAILY, BLACKISTON, CAEL, FABRYKA, FERREE, FORD, HOOPES, JACKSON, LORYNOWICZ, MILLER, ROBERTS, TAYLOR, VOSHELL, WATSON, WINDLE, WOOLLEY. My husband's ancestry is centered in the Philadelphia area and includes MARTIN, SHEPERLA, SHEPLEY, SILCOX, THOMAS.

I am happy to be a photo volunteer for Guaje Pines Cemetery in my hometown (Los Alamos, New Mexico) but am unable to fulfill requests for photos elsewhere in the area, such as Santa Fe(at least, not until I retire from my fulltime job!).
