Bio
Born Melissa Scheiba to Rick and Drema (Durham) Scheiba July 4, 1973. My research began from a seed of curiosity in 1993 and has grown like a field of wildflowers (my family), determined to flourish (grow), strengthened by unity (support), thrives with care (love), yet can not remain so delicate (humble) and beautiful without a strong root (ancestors).
I am often asked why I have a fascination with cemeteries. I don't. I just like to feel I am helping others as others have helped me trace my ancestors. However, I absolutely love the historical cemetery, Greenwood in Hamilton, Ohio. It is filled with history and many of my ancestors are there dating back to the 1800's.
