Bio

I was born in Saginaw Michigan. I was placed in the Saginaw Children's home at a young age. Later I was raised by Foster parents on a small farm. One year after graduation from high school I joined the U.S. Army. I was the first WAC (Women's Army Corps), Michigan inductee for the year of 1966. I had a break in service then joined the U.S. Army Reserve. I retired from the Army after 22 years of duty. At the same time I worked for the Department of the Army. I visited a few third world countries that reaffirmed my love for my country and it's freedom. I am helping take care of the grandchildren, researching my genealogy, helping others on the way, working in my garden, and enjoying every moment of it until my maker calls me home.
