I have been doing genealogy research for more than 15 years. Finding information on a family member gives me a sense of getting to know that person. There are so many times when I wish that I could sit down with my Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother and just talk with them about their lives and family. I really enjoy researching my family and my husband's family and hope that my children, grandchildren and their children will enjoy the information that I have uncovered feeling a pride in who you are because of those who came before us.

The families that I am researching include: Alexander, Bynum, Fincannon, Hartgrove, Hayes (Hays), Prather of Gaston, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Union and other NC Counties. For my husband I am researching Keyes, McIntyre, McNeel, Wilson and others in Western Maryland, Scotland , Ireland and England.
