Born: 10 June 1935, London Mills, Knox, Il. Lived with my grandmother, Alta Faye Elliott until enlisting in the US Navy in 1952. Served about 12 years until discharge in 1966 (with broken service). Attended Cal Poly State University, Pomona, Ca., grad. in 1974 w/ BS in Park Admin.. Spent last 18 years of employed life with the Los Angeles/Oakland Raiders Football org.. Retired in 2000, moved to Tucson, Az. with wife Joanne. One daughter Christina Hope Irons, married and living in Florence, Italy with husband Lorenzo Lisi and daughter Eleonora, b. 2007.
