Bio

Hello, I am Charles D. Wyatt, Jr. and I am the owner of the Wyatt Archives. The Wyatt Archives is made up of ALL of my family members and we are seeking out all grave sites and information of our family.

I have been retired since 2008, after 22 1/2 years as a Master Locksmith & Master Safesman. All I do now is piddle and play with a number of things, spend time with my wife and my youngest son, Colby, hang out with my bestest buddy, Elias, travel, study and dig into my family history. The grave sites that I will be listing here are of members of my family ONLY. I will not be listing any other people.

The following are the Counties that I do a lot of looking and photographing: Dandridge, Jefferson Co.,TN. , Western edge of Cocke Co., TN. , Madison Co., N.C. , Macon Co., N.C. , Buncombe Co., N.C. & Yancey Co., N.C.

The photo is of me taking in some easy time back in the summer of 2010 at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C.

I currently live in Dandridge, Tennessee.

Just a note: If there is one thing that I really find disrespectful, it is Newspaper Obit Hawkers .... These people have nothing else to do with their time except build their file record with NO regards to the persons family that would otherwise like to add the records themselves. I could see it if some time had passed and no listing, but to those people that JUMP to FAG fresh out of a newspaper or other obit sources on the day of death or even during the funeral time is pretty low, QUIT BEING SO DANG DISRESPECTFUL !!!

Transfer Guidelines: ALL of the graves that we manage are in FACT our family members and are related to us in some way. We will observe the rules of Find A Grave pertaining to transfer request, however, the requesting person must be prepared to provide "bona fide" proof of a relationship that is closer than our own before we will consider such a transfer. Our records are extensive and we have State Vital Records for most of our listings and such requests will be researched for findings before any transfer is made. CDW - Wyatt Archives
