Bio

I was born in Omaha, Nebraska where my family had moved from Missouri. My branch of the Robertson's came out of Kentucky to Gentry, County, Missouri in 1849/50. My dad, Burness, was a farmer born and raised in Trenton. I had 10 brothers and sisters born in Trenton, Edinburg, and St Joseph. My mother was born in Athelston, Iowa just across the state line, North of Missouri. She raised in St Joseph, MO. My oldest sister, Helen (Nuckols)spent her adult/married life on a farm in Easton, Missouri. My family moved from Omaha, NE to Los Angeles, California in 1951 and traveled almost every year to Omaha and Missouri.
At the age of 17 I quit school and joined the Air Force where I spent the next 45 years. I was on active duty for 28 years and worked as a civilian for another 17 years. My wife and I are both retired and live in Victorville, California where we are near our son and two youngest granddaughters. We also have two granddaughtes and a great grandson in Greeley, Colorado.
