My name is Susan (Colburn) Williams. I came accross this site trying to find relatives on my father's side. I have been looking for relatives of Clodie Colburn for years. I appreciate the site that I found here. Clodie was my father's real father although he really didn't know him. Clodie and my grandmother Vera Olean divorced when my father and his brother were very small. But I remember getting letters from Viola and remember how sweet she was in her letters. I regret that we never got to meet her. I did get to meet Clodie's daughter Avis and that was very nice. She helped me to realize that there were 8 half brothers and sisters out there for my dad. I am sorry that I haven't met any of them or their children but I would love too. My father's name is James Wayne Colburn Sr. who married Annie Pearl Moore. They had four children, James Wayne Colburn Jr., Benard Lee Colburn, Thomas Duane Colburn and Susan Ann Colburn. My father passed in 2003 and my brother Thomas passed in 1993 and James Jr. passed this year 2008. So now I would really like to get to know my extended family.
