Hi, everyone. My name is Laurie W. Stahl. I have been interested in my family tree since I was a child, but didn't start researching it until 2005. Of course my research led me to cemeteries, where I realized the need for better preservation of these important pieces of our family history. I've completely transcribed and photographed 3 cemeteries: two small ones (Cassia/Walker Cemetery and Shockley Cemetery) and one medium-sized one (Seminole Springs Cemetery). All are in Lake County, FL. Lately, being the mother of a 12-year-old and a 9-year-old (both of whom I home school) as well as a 3-year-old and new baby has kept me from doing as much new cemetery exploring as I used to. I go when I can and in between I work on memorials, especially for my grandparents, grandaunts, and granduncles.
