My name is Malia and I have lived in Georgia for nearly 12 years. I was born and raised in Kentucky and have lived in Missouri and Minnesota as well. I was married for 23 years and have been divorced for nearly five years. I have a beautiful daughter. My son was a Marine and drowned on Parris Island during a water training exercise. This accident left him in a persistant vegetative state and he passed away July 7, 2007. I miss him terribly, but I have faith that he is no longer suffering and that I will be with him again some day.
