Bio
My sister got me interested in genealogy and family history years ago, and that also led to my interest in cemeteries.
I have greatly appreciated the information and pictures I have found on Find A Grave, so I like to "give back" by contributing pictures and information of my own. Please feel free to use my pictures; I take them in hopes that they will be helpful and useful to people, not to hoard them to myself.
Most of my memorials are of people I didn't know and had no relation to. I will gladly transfer the memorial of such a person to you if you knew them. It doesn't really matter if you were a direct relative (or relative at all). I have had the frustrating experience of having a complete stranger create a memorial (before the funeral even happened) of someone who meant a lot to me, and then refuse to transfer it simply because I did not fall within guidelines. I don't want that happening to others, so I figure that if you knew the person and I didn't, that is good enough for me. You don't have to be a direct relative to have loved someone and have a desire to keep their memory alive. But if you'd rather not have the responsibility of maintaining a memorial from now on, and would simply like some information added to the memorial, I would be glad to do that for you too.
