My family has been in north-western Connecticut since the mid-1770's.

I grew up in Brookfield CT in a home built in c.1775, so I've been exposed to American history all my life.

I've had an intrest in cemeteries for years. I even take my two daughters, ages 10 and 12, out on local jaunts. They enjoy reading the older head-stones that tell a little about the people.

My mother is President of a historic cemetery group in New Fairfield , Ct that has several members of the Connecticut and New York Volunteers (1770-1790)

I work for a major New York railroad, and my office is in Grand Central Terminal.

I now live in Kent, Ct with my wife Aimee.
