I was born in Northern California to W. Tolley of North Carolina and P. Norman of Iowa. I'm number 5 of 6 children. Both My parents loved California and decided to live there after WWII. I now live in Washington State with my wife and children. I have developed a love of family history and enjoy spending time to find those who have gone before me.
