Dr. Joseph Bruggman passed away in 2017.
In August I celebrated my 95th Birthday. I am a retired from the field of education. I tought for 23 years at California State University Stanislaus (1960-1983) as well I spent several of those years as dean of students.. I am also a retired Lieu Col. United States Air Force. I am now twice a widower. My wife Edna passed in 1986. The following year I married Addie. We were married 17 years when she passed the day after Christmas 2004.
Joe currently no longer lives in Turlock, CA. He resides in Vallejo and may not respond to e-mails.
