Bio

I grew up in a "genealogical" family and have continued the tradition for over 40 years. I trace mainly my own roots, but since my family is so large and has been in America since the early 1600's, I find myself traveling further each year in search of information and relatives. I visit cemeteries, archives, mortuaries and museums to gather documents, obituaries, mortuary records, photographs and many other research materials; I make it a practice to photograph non-related tombstones for other researchers. My travels have taken me to Missouri, N.C., S.C., Kentucky, Tennessee, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Virginia and other states as well as Canada, Germany, England, France and Italy. Some Surnames: Belfield, Eaton, Sheppard, Jarvis, Duty, Richardson, Purcell, Hutchinson, Reynolds, Hays/Hayes, Persinger, Bott, Hamann, Wright, Cooper, McKelheer, Kohlmann, Schwede and many more. I believe those who have gone before us deserve remembrance and gratitude for our lives.
