Huston/Houston my great grandfather named his children's middle names after family sur names, Caldwell & Smith for Ester Smith's family and he named one son Leroy Wolcott Porter. Ester died in 1884,in Jasper County, MO. Houston married the widow next door, Ellen Christian Conroy. Houston sold his 500 acrea in Jasper, MO and moved to Arvada, CO. He and Ellen had a son, Colorado Harrison Porter, "Collie". The little boy in the photo is Clarence Wesley Porter b.1914 in Arvada, Colorado, my father, the eldest son of Collie & Forrest Baglin Porter.
